Age Verification: 7h88 reserves the right to request CNIC documentation and identity verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Accounts where age verification fails will be permanently closed and any balance held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 7h88 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 7h88 immediately via the support channel if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. 7h88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). 7h88 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 7h88 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which is published on the Platform.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 7h88 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal procedures.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7h88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. 7.2 System Errors. 13.1 7h88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon termination for cause, 7h88 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in its entirety.
13.3 Where an Account is closed at 7h88's discretion for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player through the standard withdrawal process.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7h88 holds its international gaming licence.
